Spring Cleaning Essentials: Where to Start

By Jay Kesler

Mar 26, 2026

Spring is the perfect time to reset your home — and having the right tools makes it so much easier. Here's what's worth investing in. A good multi-surface floor cleaner that vacuums and mops in one pass will save you serious time. Pair it with an extendable scrubber for bathrooms and hard-to-reach areas. Don't underestimate microfiber cloths — they outperform paper towels on glass and surfaces every time. And a concentrated multi-purpose cleaner goes a long way, handling everything from odors to disinfecting. The right tools make spring cleaning almost enjoyable. Almost.

Plus, it smells great, which is a small but very welcome bonus when you're elbow-deep in bathroom cleaning. The best part?
